At Wholesale Jewelry Site, we strive to ensure your inventory is perfect, but we offer a comprehensive return policy for items that do not meet your expectations. You may return eligible fashion accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original individual packaging and ensure all items are securely cushioned in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central distribution warehouse using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
